Job Description

Key Responsibilities

** - Lead the planning and design of complex projects - Codify and automate machine learning model production, including pipeline optimization, tuning, and fault finding - Transform data science prototypes and apply suitable machine learning algorithms and tools - Deploy and maintain end-to-end solutions, build metrics to enhance system performance, and address differences in data distribution affecting model performance - Understand business stakeholders' needs and ensure machine learning solutions align with business strategy - Produce machine learning models, create frameworks for robust model monitoring, and deliver models meeting quality and performance standards - Lead Agile initiatives within multi-disciplinary data and analytics teams to achieve project outcomes **

Qualifications Required

** - Academic background in a STEM discipline such as Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, or Computer Science - Experience with machine learning on large datasets and understanding of machine learning approaches and algorithms - Proficiency in building, testing, supporting, and deploying machine learning models using CI/CD tools like TeamCity and CodeDeploy - Strong communication skills for engaging with stakeholders - Coaching experience and knowledge of data science and machine learning - Proficiency in Python programming with hands-on experience in traditional ML as well as GenAI and Agentic AI applications - Conducting demos of AI tools and contributing to automation initiatives in responsible AI space - Financial services knowledge and ability to identify broader business impacts, risks, and opportunities Please note that the job requires 45 hours per week and the closing date for applications is 30/03/2026.
