Responsibilities
Lead and manage multiple programs, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define program objectives, scope, and deliverables.
Utilize strong Mainframe IMS DBA knowledge to guide technical decisions and ensure database integrity and performance.
Develop and maintain program documentation, including project plans, status reports, and risk management plans.
Facilitate regular program meetings with stakeholders to communicate progress, address challenges, and align on priorities.
Identify and mitigate risks associated with program execution, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
Monitor program performance metrics and provide insights to senior management for informed decision-making.
