Maintenance Manager

As a Maintenance Manager in the garment industry, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance of garment production machinery and utility systems. Your role will involve leading and motivating a technical team, troubleshooting issues, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and handling preventive maintenance.

- Strong knowledge of garment production machinery and utility systems. - Ability to lead and motivate a technical team. - Analytical skills for troubleshooting and root cause analysis. - Sound knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems. - Familiarity with safety standards and compliance norms. - Excellent planning, documentation, and communication skills. - Handling 1000 machines with special machine knowledge, Automation knowledge, and Preventive maintenance.

- Minimum 5 years of experience in the machine field within the garment industry. - Any degree qualification.
