Job Title
Maintenance Manager
Department: Operations & Maintenance
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / Automobile Engineering.
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in maintenance of commercial vehicles, preferably public transport, Diesel buses, or fleet management.
- Experience in handling maintenance operations of Eicher, Tata marcopolo, Force motors is preferred.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of commercial vehicle spare parts and inventory management.
- Hands-on knowledge of CNG/Diesel buses maintenance.
- Experience in maintenance and troubleshooting of Eicher, Tata marcopolo, Force motors buses.
- Strong technical knowledge of bus systems, engines, transmission, suspension, braking systems, electrical systems, and spare parts.
- Expertise in preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance.
- Inventory and material management.
- P&L; management and maintenance cost control.
- Budgeting and financial analysis.
- Warranty management and claim processing.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Leadership and team management.
- Robust communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, reporting, and fleet maintenance software.
- Knowledge of Root Cause Analysis (RCA), TPM, and Lean Maintenance practices.
