Job Summary
We are looking for a highly driven and commercially focused Business Development Manager to join the Global Wholesale Voice team. The role involves identifying, acquiring, and managing international carrier and operator accounts while driving revenue growth through wholesale voice, SMS hub, and related telecom solutions.
The ideal candidate should possess strong hunting skills, relationship management capabilities, and experience in international B2B telecom sales or carrier business.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and onboard recent international carrier/operator accounts
- Drive business development and increase global wholesale voice reach
- Generate revenue through IDD Voice Termination, SMS Hub, ITFS, and related solutions
- Manage end-to-end sales cycle including prospecting, negotiation, onboarding, and account activation
- Build and maintain strong relationships with telecom operators, carriers, and strategic partners
- Negotiate commercial agreements, pricing, payment terms, and traffic commitments
- Coordinate with internal teams such as routing, finance, legal, operations, and product teams
- Monitor competitor pricing and market intelligence to identify business opportunities
- Increase traffic volumes, profitability, and account penetration
- Ensure customer satisfaction through timely implementation and support .
