Were looking for a Management Accountant to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term basis, covering for a colleague seconded to a Microsoft D365 implementation project. This role is key to maintaining the integrity of our financial reporting and supporting business decision-making during a period of transformation. If youre a proactive finance professional with strong analytical skills and a collaborative mindset, wed love to hear from you.Job DescriptionKey responsibilities Prepare and analyse monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reportsDevelop and maintain budgets, forecasts, and financial modelsPerform variance analysis and investigate discrepanciesConduct cost analysis and recommend cost-saving measuresAssist in the preparation of management accounts and KPI reportsCollaborate with other departments to improve financial processes and systemsSupport the month-end and year-end closing processesEnsure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal controlsContribute to process improvement initiatives and special projects as neededQualificationsBachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related fieldProfessional accounting qualification (e.g., CA, CMA .)Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in management accounting or a similar roleStrong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)Proficiency in advanced Excel functions and financial modelingExperience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)Excellent analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlinesEffective communication and interpersonal skillsKnowledge of tax regulations and compliance requirementsExperience in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysisAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentAdditional InformationAbout RotorkRotork is the market-leading global flow control and instrumentation company, helping our customers manage the flow or liquids, gases and powders across many industries worldwide.Our purpose is Keeping the World Flowing for Future Generations.For over sixty years, the world has relied on us to create the things that keep everything moving.
