Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain management reports covering financial, operational, and business performance.
- Create dashboards that provide real-time business insights.
- Automate reporting processes to improve speed and accuracy.
- Work with different teams to understand reporting needs and define key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Ensure all reports are accurate, reliable, and delivered on time.
- Improve reporting systems by introducing automation and better processes.
- Support monthly, quarterly, and yearly reporting activities.
- Analyze business results, identify trends, and explain key variances.
- Present clear and meaningful insights that support business decisions.
Qualifications
- Chartered Accountant (CA) or MBA from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in management reporting, financial analysis, or business intelligence.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, Pivot Tables, macros, and data analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to simplify complex data into easy-to-understand business insights.
- Experience in creating reporting systems and frameworks from the ground up.
Preferred Skills
- Working knowledge of Zoho applications.
- Experience with Zoho automation, workflows, APIs, or integrations.
- Experience in B2B or marketplace businesses.
- Understanding of ERP systems and cross-platform integrations.
