Tech Automobile Engineering or Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics - Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of relevant experience are encouraged to apply. Job Summary FPL Group is looking for dynamic, enthusiastic, and career-oriented Management Trainees to join our Service Operations team. This role is designed to develop future service leaders by providing hands-on exposure to dealership operations, customer service, workshop management, and business processes. The selected candidates will undergo structured training and work closely with experienced professionals to build technical and managerial competencies. Key Responsibilities - Assist in the day-to-day operations of the automobile service workshop alon. - Coordinate with Service Advisors, Technicians, and Customers to ensure smooth service delivery. - Monitor vehicle service progress and ensure timely completion. - Support customer complaint handling and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. - Maintain accurate service records and update information in the Dealer Management System (DMS). - Prepare service reports, MIS, and operational dashboards. - Monitor workshop productivity and support process improvements. - Coordinate with Spare Parts, Warranty, and CRM teams for seamless operations. - Ensure adherence to company SOPs, OEM guidelines, and safety standards. - Participate in customer follow-up activities to improve service retention. - Assist in implementing quality initiatives and continuous improvement projects. - Learn and support manpower planning, workshop scheduling, and service performance monitoring. - Undertake additional assignments as directed by the Reporting Manager. Skills Required - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Good interpersonal and relationship management skills. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Basic knowledge of automobile systems and vehicle technology. - Good computer proficiency (MS Office Excel, Word, PowerPoint). - Ability to learn Dealer Management Systems (DMS), ERP, and other digital applications. - Strong managerial and leadership potential. - Customer-centric approach. - Teamwork and collaboration skills. - Time management and organizational abilities. - Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.
