Join us as an Anti-Money Laundering subject matter expert to help our team engage with clients in a risk compliant manner. We have a number of opportunities available in our Gurugram office. You will join our client lifecycle management (CLM) team, which is part of Operations. As an Anti-Money Laundering (AML) & KYC Manager/ AVP, your responsibilities will include performing Know Your Customer (KYC) checks on existing customers to fulfill AML regulatory requirements in multiple jurisdictions. You will be conducting research on existing clients to obtain KYC data from public sources and also liaising with the client, front and middle office staff to obtain required KYC and legal documentation prior to set-up You will manage the onboarding and refresh cases, interfacing with the business desks on any CLM related query and also screening of entity names against sanctions, adverse news and politically exposed persons lists. You will be involved in escalating red flags and due diligence findings to Financial Crimes Compliance, ensuring compliance to due diligence procedures and apply a risk mindset at all times. You will also be involved in training new team members and lead a small team of up to 10 KYC analysts. You will be enthusiastic, flexible and able to demonstrate initiative in a challenging, and varied role. You will also have a high level of attention to detail and be able to demonstrate organisation and prioritisation skills to manage multiple tasks at the same time. You will have 9 years of KYC experience and prior people management experience.
