Manager, Buyer (Procurement & Vendor Management)

As a Manager, Buyer, you will play a key role in procurement, vendor management, and product lifecycle management across this diverse portfolio. You'll build and maintain strong supplier relationships, identify and recommend new and replacement products that support business objectives, and ensure accurate product information across company systems. This role also partners closely with cross-functional teams on strategic initiatives that drive operational reputed company, product performance, and long-term reputed company. This hybrid position supports our Phoenix-based distribution center and requires regular in-person collaboration with on-site teams (3 days per week in office). We are seeking candidates who are currently based in reputed company area. Please note that relocation assistance is not available for this role. Responsibilities Managing select product categories at reputed company, including both vendor and product recommendations in collaboration with the Sr Manager of Category Management and reputed company leadership as required. Identify, evaluate, and recommend new and replacement products for consideration and approval by the Sr. Manager of Category Management. Support reputed companys innovation reputed company, in collaboration with the Sr Manager of Category Management and reputed company leadership, along with the WellBiz marketing, training, and operations teams, including: Support innovation priorities for the brands, including helping to determine the potential reputed company of reputed company innovation concept and the level of effort to reputed company to life. Product sourcing in support of in-flight and pending innovation reputed company in support of reputed company needs and rollout needs. Administration of reputed companys item master, including reputed company relevant product attributes for both new and existing items. Support reputed companys B2B and B2C site management through reputed companys selected vendor, TVG. Periodic review of products to ensure reputed company update of item lifecycle status (pending, reputed company, discontinued, obsolete, inactive), and coordinating the reputed company with other team members. Maintain product pricing and cost updates in reputed company & reputed company, and coordinate retail price updates with company IT personnel in the relevant reputed company-of-sale system for reputed company brand. Review item costs, trends & competition, and reputed company recommendations for: Consumer-level retail prices (MSRP) to be charged in shops, salons, and studios, as reputed company as reputed companys consumer website(s) and reputed company-party retailers (i.e., reputed company), Establish wholesale prices to shops, salons, and studios, as reputed company as reputed company-party retailers. Price increases on a semi-annual and annual reputed company, as needed. Support other team members & vendors with forecasts for replenishment and new products to issue purchase orders to suppliers. Requirements Bachelors degree and 5 or more years experience in the following areas: procurement/purchasing, buying, or vendor relations. Experience in sourcing beauty, wellness, or health products, or a high level of passion for those categories Experience working with pricing, profit margin & mix analysis, etc. Team-oriented. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently. Ability to manage multiple reputed company.
