Overview
As a Manager Franchise Development, you will play a crucial role in driving franchise expansion and revenue growth through effective team leadership. Your responsibilities will include:
- **Target Ownership & Team Leadership**
- Own and drive monthly franchise acquisition targets.
- Lead, manage, and mentor a team to ensure consistent target achievement.
- Set clear KRAs for team members and closely monitor performance metrics.
- Ensure accountability and high performance across the team.
- **Market Development & Expansion**
- Develop deep market knowledge of the assigned territory, including competitor landscape and demand potential.
- Identify high-potential locations and expansion opportunities.
- Create territory-wise acquisition strategies to maximize penetration and revenue.
- **Lead Generation & Franchise Acquisition**
- Design and execute robust lead generation strategies through digital channels, field outreach, referrals, and networking.
- Manage the complete sales funnel from prospecting to closure.
- Drive conversions with a strong focus on quality franchise partners.
- **Onboarding & Performance Management**
- Oversee onboarding of new franchisees to ensure smooth setup and operational readiness.
- Support franchisees with training and business guidance to enable faster stabilization.
- Track store performance and implement corrective actions to drive revenue growth.
- **Franchise Retention & Revenue Growth**
- Develop and implement retention strategies to ensure long-term franchise success.
- Monitor revenue performance and identify opportunities for upselling and growth.
- Ensure franchise satisfaction and sustainable profitability.
**Qualifications:**
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in Business Development / Area Sales / Franchise Management in logistics, telecom, insurance, retail, or related industries.
- Strong team handling and target-driven experience.
- Proven track record of achieving sales or acquisition targets through a team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Graduation degree (mandatory).
