Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to 5+ years). 1+ year of leadership responsibility Years of experience refers to typical years of related experience needed to gain the required knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to perform the essential functions of the job. Knowledge, Skills, Abilities: Strong written, verbal and computer skills Strong leadership skills and the ability to work and communicate effectively on a multi-disciplinary team and cross functionally with a positive attitude, enthusiasm toward work, and the ability to mentor and work well with others Demonstrated initiative and motivation Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to adapt and adjust to changing priorities and to manage multiple assignments with challenging/conflicting deadlines; capable of negotiating schedule changes in response to project demands Advanced knowledge of relational database systems (RDBMS) and structure Advanced knowledge of programming tools SAS, SQL, Crystal Reports, and JReview Strong presentation, interpersonal, and problem solving skills Capable of attaining, maintaining and apply a working knowledge of GCPs and applicable SOPs Demonstrated ability to make recommendations for process development and improvement Strong attention to detail and capable of identifying and effective resolving technical problems Awareness of project budget creation, including modifying for project updates Delivery and quality driven. Working Conditions and Environment: Work is performed in an office environment with exposure to electrical office equipment. Occasional drives to site locations with occasional travel both domestic and international.
