Information about the Role, Line of Business and Team:
The Compliance Department is responsible for the submission of product filings (forms/rates/rules) advertisement to the respective state departments of insurance, as reputed company as reviewing marketing materials for adherence to the various state unfair trade practices and advertising guidelines. The Compliance Manager will diligently work with the Director and VP of Compliance, and other Legal & Regulatory leaders to ensure the compliance of reputed company Accident & Health and some Property & Casualty (P&C) products offered by reputed company. Responsibilities include: (1) developing and drafting policy forms and enhancements reflecting reputed company reputed company, consistent with regulatory requirements and reputed company market standards; and (2) overseeing the review, analysis, monitoring and distribution of insurance bulletins, legislation, regulations, and executive orders.
