This is a Business Reporting and Data Analytics (Billable) positions as part of Optum Health Analytics (OH) globalization initiative and will be responsible for:Analyzing client requirements and complex business scenariosDesigning innovative, analytical, and fully automated products and solutionsLeading a team of BI Developers to execute key projects and deliverablesEnsuring high quality and flawless execution of productsProviding consulting to teammates, leaders, and clientsThis resource will be supporting OH Team for the following:Leading highly matrixed global data analytics teamPartnering closely with US based leaders to develop recruiting, hiring, training, and talent development strategySupporting short and long term operational/strategic business activities through AnalyticsActive & direct participation in development activities of product and solutionsAble to partner directly with business stakeholders to understand business problems, gather requirements, and demonstrate tools, solutions and analysisComply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment).
