Education: Bachelors or Masters degree computer science, Information Systems, or related field. Experience: 6+ years in data governance, data quality, or data management roles. Strong understanding of metadata & stewardship, DQ, MDM platforms. Strong understanding of any data assessment framework and data management maturity models. Skills: Strategic thinking and ability to influence senior stakeholders. Excellent communication and collaboration skills across global teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Maturity & Benchmarking Support data maturity assessments to evaluate data management maturity, identify gaps, and track progress against benchmarks. Develop and execute improvement plans to strengthen data capabilities across domains. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Successful implementation of governance and quality frameworks across BSI. Improvement in data maturity scores and reduction in data-related rework. Adoption of automation initiatives and measurable efficiency gains.
