Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Manager Delivery to lead Retail Automation projects and CAMC operations across Oil & Gas clients such as IOCL, BPCL, HPCL, Nayara, and Jio-bp. The role involves end-to-end project execution, field service management, customer coordination, spares planning, billing support, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Retail Automation installations, commissioning, and CAMC operations.
- Lead and coordinate field engineers to ensure SLA adherence.
- Plan material dispatch, inventory, and spares availability.
- Coordinate with customers for project execution, invoicing, and payment follow-up.
- Monitor project progress and prepare MIS reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for timely project completion.
- Drive operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- 5 -8 years of experience in Retail/Fuel Automation.
- Experience handling projects for IOCL, BPCL, HPCL, Nayara, or Jio-bp.
- Knowledge of FCC, ATG, POS, BOS, DU, networking, and retail automation systems.
- Strong leadership, customer management, and project coordination skills.
