Key Responsibilities
End-to-end planning and execution of conferences, summits, networking events, and corporate programs
Vendor sourcing, negotiations, and logistics management
Venue, AV, catering, travel, and registration coordination
Budget management and cost optimization
Stakeholder, sponsor, and cross-functional team coordination
On-site event execution to ensure a seamless attendee experience
Preferred Background
Event Management Companies (Wizcraft, Percept, Shobiz, etc.)
Corporate Event Operations
MICE / Conferences / Summits
Hospitality Event Operations
