Key Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, and execute end-to-end events.

Manage vendors, artists, celebrities, and event logistics.

Oversee on-site event operations and resolve issues.

Prepare event proposals, budgets, contracts, and reports.

Source, schedule, and manage entertainment talent.

Negotiate artist/vendor contracts and manage payments.

Desired Candidate Profile

4-5 years of experience in Event Management or Talent Management.

Experience in nightlife, entertainment, clubs, pubs, hotels, or events preferred.

Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to manage multiple events under tight deadlines.

Good knowledge of MS Office; event production/AV knowledge is an added advantage.

Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure.

Location:

Panaji, Goa

Candidates willing to relocate may be considered; however, accommodation will not be provided and will need to be arranged by the candidate.

Monday to Saturday
