Manager - Financial Planning

Job Description Description We are looking for a Manager - Financial Planning with 9-13 years of experience in the job market context of India to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in finance and accounting, with experience in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis. Responsibilities - Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans, including budgets and forecasts, to support the organization's strategic goals. Analyze financial data and performance, identify trends and opportunities for improvement, and provide recommendations for action.Prepare financial reports, presentations, and dashboards for senior management, investors, and other stakeholders.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze financial information, develop financial models, and provide insights and recommendations.Ensure compliance with accounting principles, financial regulations, and internal policies and procedures.Manage and mentor a team of financial analysts and other professionals to deliver high-quality financial planning and analysis services.Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes, including mergers and acquisitions, capital investments, and other initiatives. Skills and Qualifications - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. 9-13 years of experience in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and models.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate financial information to non-financial stakeholders.Experience with financial software and tools, such as ERP systems, BI tools, and Excel.Knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and internal controls.Leadership and management skills, with the ability to mentor and motivate a team of financial professionals.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. .
