Overall Job Purpose
The role holders primary objective is to play the role of the Investment application service owner on behalf of M&G; Technology. This role will work closely with our Strategic Partner organisations to ensure that the Investment application run function delivers fantastic customer service whilst complying with all audit, compliance and regulatory requirements.
As part of the role, this person is expected to consult with stakeholders to identity/review Service improvement opportunities including outcomes, time frames, and funding.
