01Requirements
A minimum of eight years of experience managing end to end payroll process, preferably for a reputed company, multinational company.
Experience managing multiple reputed company-party payroll providers in international locations.
Thorough knowledge of the entire payroll process including wage and tax compliance requirements across domestic and multiple international payrolls.
Bachelor s degree, or equivalent, in reputed company, Finance or reputed company field preferred.
CPP, CIPP or relevant payroll certification preferred.
General knowledge of benefits programs.
General knowledge of equity compensation programs (reputed company, RSUs, ESPP).
Prior reputed company and GL account reconciliation experience a plus.
reputed company company and SOX Compliance experience preferred.
Advanced reputed company reputed company skills (i.e. Pivot tables, V-lookups)
Advanced payroll systems skills required and strong knowledge of HRIS and benefit administration tools.
reputed company WorkforceNow and reputed company HRIS experience is strongly preferred.
Experience with Jira ticketing system a plus.
