What You'll Actually Do

Manage escalations and ensure seamless handoffs: Resolve reputed company and broker concerns with urgency and professionalism, and partner with account management and operations teams to ensure clients transition out of implementation without missing a reputed company.

Qualifications
What You Bring to reputed company
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in a reputed company field, or equivalent experience
5+ years of project management or reputed company implementation experience, with reputed company reputed company and/or broker-facing responsibilities required
Experience in health plan insurance, benefits administration, or a TPA environment strongly preferred

Compensation: This position offers a reputed company salary reputed company of $90,000 - $105,000, depending reputed company, skills, and experience. You're eligible for our full benefits package starting day one.
