01Overview
nsurance Desk Operations: Supervise daily activities related to insurance verification, pre-authorization, claim submission, and settlement.
TPA Coordination: Liaise with multiple TPAs to ensure timely approvals and resolve disputes or escalations.
Claims Management: Monitor cashless and reimbursement claims, track pending cases, and ensure accurate documentation.
Compliance & Audit: Ensure adherence to IRDAI guidelines, hospital policies, and maintain readiness for internal/external audits.
Team Leadership: Train, mentor, and manage staff at the insurance desk to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Compensation: 15,453.92 - 130,000.00 per month
