Roles And Responsibilities
Understand client requirements and develop customized solutions for Insuranc outsourcing services.
Create proposals, presentations, and value propositions to address client needs.
Provide domain and process expertise in areas such as P&C Insurance
Lead the response process for RFPs, RFIs, and other client inquiries.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (sales, delivery, legal, pricing) to develop winning bids.
Must Have Skills
7 years in Insurance BPO/KPO, with at least 5 years in a presales/solutioning role.
Proven experience in responding to RFPs and creating winning proposals.
Experience engaging with global/US clients preferably Insurance companies .
