Role & Responsibilities - Lead and manage the end-to-end integration programme, including workstream planning, milestone tracking and delivery accountability. - Own transition and change management across all integration phases ensuring people, processes and systems move from current state to target state in a structured and sustainable manner. - Develop and execute change management plans covering impact assessments, stakeholder engagement and effective communication - Act as the primary liaison between CBIZ Groups Tax, IT, Advisory and other verticals and the Global capability delivery teams, translating group level requirements into structured, prioritised briefs for internal teams for fulfilment. - Maintain a live requirements and action register capturing incoming asks from CBIZ Group verticals, assigned owners, status and target dates. - Identify and manage integration risks, issues and dependencies, escalate critical issues to the Global Capabilities Leader-Strategy and Compliance, and leadership teams with clear recommendations. - Apply structured project management frameworks to plan, sequence and track delivery across multiple concurrent workstreams. - Prepare and present crisp, decision-ready reporting dashboards and status updates to the Global Capabilities Leader-Strategy and Compliance and leadership teams on a regular basis Skills & Qualifications - Deep understanding of GCC operating models and how to bridge group level strategy with subsidiary-level execution. - Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to convey complex information clearly to diverse audiences including senior leadership, functional teams and external partners. - Outstanding stakeholder management skills, able to build trusted relationships - Strong change and transition management capability, experience designing and executing structured change programmes in integration or transformation environment - Proven project management skills across multi-workstream programmes, structured, detail-oriented and timeline driven. - Proficient in PM and reporting tools, MS Project, Smartsheet, Power BI or equivalent dashboarding and tracking platforms. - Strong business analysis skills requirements gathering, gap analysis, process mapping and structured documentation. MBA (Strategy, Operations or Finance) from a reputed institution Preferred. - 710 years of progressive experience in integration management, change management, business analysis or programme delivery roles. - Prior experience in a GCC, MNC shared services or professional services environment is essential. - Exposure to post-merger integration, large-scale transformation programmes is a strong differentiator.
