About Anreya Capital Advisors
Anreya Capital Advisors is a boutique M& A advisory firm focused exclusively on IT services and enterprise software transactions in the $5 M$50 M range. We operate across cross-border corridors IndiaUS, IndiaANZ, and IndiaUK and have completed transactions in Service Now, GCP, and enterprise software ecosystems.
We are a small, lean team. We punch well above our weight for our size, and we intend to keep doing that. If you join us, you will work directly with senior practitioners on real transactions with real buyers from day one.
This is a High-Impact Role
This is not a support role. This is not a research role. You will lead execution on live cross-border M& A transactions financial due diligence, information memoranda, buyer management, negotiation support, and closing. You will be the front-end investment banker on your mandates. The learning is exceptional, and the exposure is unlike anything you will find at a firm ten times our size.
We are a small team. That means there is no place to hide and no ceiling on what you can contribute.
What You Will Do
Financial Due Diligence your primary expertise
Lead FDD on sell-side and buy-side mandates build financial models from GL level, prepare monthly P& L, balance sheet, working capital analysis, and closing mechanics Identify and resolve revenue reconciliation issues, normalisation adjustments, and quality of earnings questions Prepare and manage data rooms; draft and review FDD responses with supporting evidence to GL level Handle working capital peg negotiations, locked box structures, and closing statement reviews Benchmark target companies against public comparables margins, FCF .
