OVERVIEW
eClinical Solutions is seeking a Consultant - Operational Excellence & AI Transformation to drive highimpact, time-bound transformation initiatives across the organization. This role will focus on identifyingin efficiencies, implementing process improvements, and leveraging AI and automation to enhance operational effectiveness, scalability, and decision-making. The consultant will work closely with crossfunctional teams across global stakeholders to design, prototype, and deploy solutions, while establishing frameworks that can be sustained post-engagement.
KEY TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
Process Transformation & Optimization
Assess current workflows across key business functionsIdentify inefficiencies, redundancies, and improvement opportunitiesCreate process maps, SOPs, and scalable operating frameworksAI & Automation Initiatives
Identify high-impact AI and automation use cases across functions Design and prototype solutions using LLMs / AI copilots, APIs and automation tools, Low code /
workflow platformsDevelop pilot solutions to reduce manual effort, improve turnaround time, enhance accuracy and
decision-makingBuild reusable frameworks and playbooks for automation adoption
IT Service Management (ITSM) & ITIL Frameworks
Build and operationalize service management processes, aligned to ITIL standardsDefine and implement ITIL-aligned workflowsEstablish SLA frameworks, escalation matrices, and service KPIsRecommend improvements to tools and service delivery modelsAnalytics & Reporting
Design and implement executive dashboards and reporting frameworksDefine KPIs for operational efficiency and service performanceMeasure impact of process improvements and automation initiativesProvide actionable insights to leadershipAnalytics, Governance & Reporting
Build executive dashboards and define KPIs to track operational efficiency and automation impactEstablish governance frameworks and standardized SOPs for scalable process adoptionMeasure outcomes of transformation initiatives and provide actionable insights to leadershipEnsure alignment with organizational standards, compliance, and service management practicesEducation & Experience
Bachelors degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent preferred.Minimum 10+ years of experience in Operational Excellence, Process Transformation,
Transformation roles are preferred.Prior experience delivering time-bound transformation projectsStrong understanding of Process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.), AI /
automation tools and platforms, ITIL / IT Service Management frameworksFamiliarity with LLMs, APIs, automation platforms, data workflows and system integrations. Professional Skills :
