As a Manager in Operations-CBS - FIN - Controlling-General Accounting at EY, you will play a crucial role in leading audits across various functions such as statutory compliance, procurement, and operational areas. You will focus on ensuring robust controls, cost efficiency, and compliance with regulatory requirements. Your role will involve reviewing ledger reconciliations, conducting audits on expenses and procurement processes, and providing insightful MIS reports for management review.

- Ensure accurate and complete ledger reconciliation in SAP, aligning with financial requirements. - Review GST and other compliance regulations to ensure timely and accurate adherence. - Identify compliance gaps, report findings, and drive corrective actions. - Conduct audits on admin, travel, and operational expenses to ensure policy adherence and cost management. - Detect irregularities or fraud in expenses and recommend preventive controls. - Review end-to-end procurement processes including vendor selection, purchase orders, contracts, and payments. - Validate procurement documentation and approvals for transparency and fairness. - Develop and present MIS reports on audit results, compliance status, and operational expense trends. - Provide data-driven insights to support governance and strategic decisions. - Continuously assess and improve audit methodologies, internal controls, and risk management processes.

- CA / CMA / MBA (Finance / Operations) with 6-10 years of internal audit experience. - Strong working knowledge of SAP for ledger reconciliation and financial reporting. - Good understanding of statutory compliance (GST, PF, ESI, leaves) and procurement best practices. - Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, SAP ERP, and MIS tools.
