Manager - Recruitment & Human Resource Operations - IT Security Firm

Hiring HR Manager for a IT Cyber Security Company Job Summary : We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Manager to lead HR Operations and Talent Acquisition functions. The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of progressive HR experience with expertise in end-to-end recruitment, HR operations, employee lifecycle management, HR compliance, and stakeholder management. This role is 70% recruitment and 30% HR operations. Key Responsibilities : Talent Acquisition : - Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical positions. - Partner with business leaders to understand workforce planning and hiring needs. - Sourcing through social media, employee referrals, and partnering with recruitment agencies. - Conduct candidate screening, interviews, salary negotiations, and offer management. - Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle. - Monitor recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and offer acceptance ratio. HR Operations : - Oversee the complete employee lifecycle, including onboarding, confirmation, transfers, promotions, and exit management. - Conduct induction and orientation programs for new hires. - Maintain employee records and HR documentation with accuracy and confidentiality. - Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labour laws. - Maintain the Work from home, attendance, leave management, and employee benefits. - Manage HRIS and ensure timely updates of employee data. - Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and process improvements. - Address employee grievances and support conflict resolution. - Drive employee engagement, recognition, and retention initiatives. - Support performance management processes, Half yearly review cycle and annual appraisal cycles. - Generate HR dashboards and MIS reports for management - Negotiate and maintain the Insurance policy for GTL and GMC. - Employee engagement, R&R, Team events and outings. Required Qualifications : - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - MBA/PGDM in Human Resources preferred. - 7-10 years of experience in HR Operations and Talent Acquisition. - Experience handling recruitment across multiple functions and levels. - Strong knowledge of labour laws, statutory compliance, and HR operations. - Experience working with HRMS/HRIS platforms eg GreytHR, workday, Keka, Bamboo HR etc. and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
