Financial / Functional Perspective
Support achievement of Channel Sales targets related to revenue, cost control, and operational efficiency.Assist in tracking budgets, expenses, and financial performance against plan.Support identification of cost-saving opportunities and efficiency improvements.Ensure timely and accurate data reporting for financial reviews.Customer Perspective
Support delivery of a positive customer and stakeholder experience.Coordinate resolution of customer or internal stakeholder queries within defined timelines.Ensure adherence to service standards and commitments defined in the AOP.Support initiatives aimed at improving customer satisfaction scores.Internal Process Perspective
Execute assigned AOP initiatives and action plans as per defined timelines.Maintain accurate MIS, trackers, and documentation for AOP reviews.Coordinate with cross-functional teams across LTR to ensure smooth execution of plans.Support process improvements, SOP adherence, and compliance requirements.Participate in periodic performance reviews and audits.Learning & Growth / Developmental Perspective
Develop functional and behavioral skills required to meet AOP objectives.Participate in training programs, reviews, and feedback sessions.Apply learnings to improve productivity and quality of output.Demonstrate ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement mindset. .
