Job Description
Responsible for driving the strategy, roadmap, implementation, and continuous improvement of ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management (HAM), Software Asset Management (SAM), and Enterprise Architecture (EA) modules. Partners with business and technology stakeholders to define requirements, prioritize backlogs, design solutions, and deliver enhancements that improve asset visibility, software compliance, cost optimization, and technology governance. Leads cross-functional collaboration, release management, UAT, change adoption, and vendor relationships while ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture, financial, security, and operational objectives. Utilizes KPIs, reporting, and industry best practices to support informed decision-making, reduce compliance risks, optimize technology investments, and maximize platform value.
Strategic Planning & Roadmap Ownership
