Opportunity for Sr. Manager/Manager Admission & Billing for our hospital in Mumbai. Location: Mahim Qualification: MBA or MHA in hospital / Healthcare Management. Experience: 10+ Years A&B Manager shall manage the entire patient flow from admission to discharge, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed and updated accurately. Oversee IPD and ER billing operations, including cash and credit billing and payment settlements to maximize cash flow and minimize revenue leakage. Oversee daily cash collections, reconciliation, and deposits. Also, receivables, refunds, and patient billing to ensure accuracy and compliance. Manage TPA (Third-Party Administrator) and Corporate empanelment, documentation, and query resolution. Verify insurance eligibility, process claims, and handle appeals for denied authorizations. Recruit, train, and supervise admissions and billing staff, ensuring they follow hospital protocols and policies efficiently. Serve as a point of contact for patient grievances, provide clear communication, and ensure a positive patient experience throughout their interaction with the admissions and billing department. Audit bills to minimize errors and leakage. Ensure all processes comply with hospital policies, healthcare regulations, and legal requirements.
