Position : Manager / Sr Executive Accounts and Finance
Education: Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)
Exp:1+ years Post Qualification
Location: Changodhar, Ahmedabad
Type : Full Time, Permanent
Job Description
Should have experience of finalizing profit and loss accounts and balance sheet in compliance with IND AS requirement.
Should be capable of raising of funds on cost effective manner through various channels including banks/ Institution/ private equity/ venture capital / bonds etc. both from domestic and international market.
Cash & Fund flow management to ensure efficient utilization of funds.
Capable of robust working capital management including inventory and receivable management.
Should be well versed with FEMA , RBI and other banking regulations.
Should be apt in preparation of DPR and other documents as required by banking and investor fraternity.
Should be excellent in Excel working and presentation. .
