Manager - Statutory Audit - CA

As a Statutory Audit professional at the Leading Big 4, your role will involve: - Encouraging technical excellence and continuous learning within the team - Collaborating with other service lines within the organization on multi-disciplinary projects - Contributing to thought leadership and actively participating in marketing activities - Demonstrating the ability to simplify complex accounting and financial reporting issues for effective communication In addition to the above responsibilities, you are expected to: - Have an advisory mindset and be capable of developing client solutions with the assistance of technical experts - Possess strong business development skills, especially for applicants at Senior Manager level and above - Hold specific financial reporting experience in transactions such as acquisitions, carve outs, de-mergers, and restructuring, or in preparation for IPO including listing rules in India/UK/US For the Manager Role, we are looking for professionals with 3 to 9 years of post-qualification experience and a CA qualification.
