G ka ba Join the G Nation today! This role is responsible for creating intuitive, user-centered digital experiences for GCash. The UX Designer translates complex business and customer needs into functional design solutions, ensuring every digital touchpoint is optimized for usability, accessibility, and brand consistency. **You will be responsible for the following:** - Create end-to-end user flows, wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes across different devices and platforms. - Translate business requirements and customer needs into intuitive and engaging user experiences. - Apply design thinking and user-centered design principles to identify problems and develop effective solutions. - Conduct rapid testing, gather feedback, and continuously improve designs based on research and data. - Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Growth, Compliance, Legal, and other stakeholders throughout the design process. - Maintain UX design specifications, wireframes, and documentation to support development teams. - Evaluate existing user journeys and experiences, identify improvement opportunities, and recommend enhancements. - Analyze post-launch performance, user feedback, and analytics to optimize product experiences. **We are looking for:** - A creative and user-focused designer with a strong passion for solving customer problems. - Someone who can balance hands-on design work with stakeholder management and collaboration. - A strong communicator who can clearly present design concepts and recommendations. - A proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. - A team player who can work effectively across multiple functions and business teams. **Key Qualifications:** - At least 5 years of experience in UX/UI design, conceptualization, wireframing, and prototyping. - Strong proficiency in Figma (required). - Experience with Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools. - Solid understanding of UX principles, usability heuristics, accessibility standards, and design best practices. - Experience translating business requirements into user-centered design solutions. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. - Experience working with digital products, mobile applications, or technology platforms. - Experience in banking, fintech, or technology companies is an advantage but not required. **What Success Looks Like:** - Delivery of high-quality wireframes, prototypes, and UI assets. - Improved customer experience, app ratings, and user engagement. - Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. - Continuous optimization of user journeys based on customer insights, research, and analytics. **What We Offer** Opportunity for career growth and development in the #1 FinTech company in the country Working with a dynamic and highly collaborative team who want to change the game A company that values their people with highly competitive and flexible compensation and benefits package .
