Overview

As a Corporate Business Development Manager at Howden India, your role involves: - Achieving Revenue numbers through Corporate Business Development. - Executing Customer Acquisition Function. - Conducting Corporate Market Mapping. - Building a sustainable Sales pipeline. - Managing Relationships with Clients. - Establishing a strong network within Insurers / TPA. - Representing Howden among the organizations. - Collaborating with the team to support the regions in achieving the target numbers. Core Capabilities required for this role include: - Being Target (Sales number) focused. - Demonstrating a Strategic understanding of Corporate Sales and the business domain. - Proficiency in Understanding and Mapping the market. - Strong Networking & Relationship building skills with good people to people skills. - Ability to be an effective team player. - Demonstrating Versatility & Adaptability. - Proficiency in Business Communication and Technology tools knowledge. Qualifications and Experience: - Direct Corporate Sales Experience (preferably over 5 to 15 years) in Insurance Broking. - University degree (mandatory) with an appropriate insurance qualification preferred.
