Role & Responsibilities
Oversee and visit branches regularly to observe daily workflows, identify bottlenecks, and provide real-time guidance on
operational processes like inventory, customer service, and compliance
Conduct workshops or one-on-one sessions with branch staff to align on KPIs, business goals, targets, and performance
metrics
Inspect physical setup: cleanliness, equipment functionality, safety protocols, and inventory accuracy
Foster open dialogue to build trust and empower local leaders
Supervise branch staff including training, performance reviews, and scheduling to maintain high service standards.
Observe daily operations including customer interactions, transaction processing, and adherence to SOPs
Analyze financial like petty cash reconciliation and expense tracking for discrepancies
Timely & effective communications with business and branch-ops.
Ensure audit & compliance with regulations, internal policies, and security protocols while mitigating operational risks.
Engagement and providing solutions to business
Implementing strategies to drive revenue (CASS business) and meeting business target
Identifying automation areas to implementation and evaluating solutions, ensuring projects align with business goals and
incorporate the best practices for scalability & efficiency.
Building efficiency by eliminating the manual processes
Handle 50+ branch
Experience and Education
5 to 12 years
Any Graduate (MBA preferred) .
