About the Role
You'll own quality for AI-powered products in the pharma space. This role sits at the intersection of traditional QA and cutting-edge GenAI specifically validating Text-to-SQL solutions that real users depend on to make decisions.
Job Title
Manual + Automation Tester
Key Responsibilities
Design and execute manual test cases for GenAI-powered Text-to-SQL features
Build and maintain automated test scripts to support regression and functional coverage
Validate SQL query outputs for accuracy, relevance, and edge-case handling
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define acceptance criteria
Identify, document, and track defects through to resolution
Ensure testing aligns with commercial pharma compliance and domain standards
Minimum Qualifications
Hands-on experience in both manual and automation testing
Proven experience testing GenAI products, specifically Text-to-SQL solutions
Commercial pharma domain experience (mandatory)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to assess AI output quality, not just functional correctness
