01Key Responsibilities
- Analyze BRD/FRD and banking workflows
- Prepare detailed test cases and scenarios
- Perform Functional, Regression & Integration testing
- Validate banking transactions, workflows, and reports
- Defect logging and tracking using tools like JIRA
- Coordinate with Dev, BA & business teams
- Support UAT and release validation
Mandatory Skills:
3-5 years of Manual Testing experience
Banking / Financial Services domain experience (mandatory)
Strong knowledge of SDLC & STLC
Test case design & execution
Defect lifecycle management
Valuable communication skills
Valuable to Have:
- Basic SQL knowledge
- Agile/Scrum exposure
Compensation: 500,000.00 - 800,000.00 per year
