01Key Responsibilities

As a Manual Tester Lead, you will:
- Design, prepare, and execute detailed test cases.
- Conduct defect tracking, debugging, and regression testing.
- Ensure timely coordination with the development team for defect resolution.
- Communicate effectively with clients to clarify requirements and report progress.
- Maintain high-quality testing standards and adhere to SLAs.
- Drive continuous improvement in testing processes and documentation.
Must-Have Skills:-
To excel in this position, you should have:
- 6+ years of experience in Manual Testing.
- Strong SQL knowledge for data validation and backend testing.
- Proficiency in WebLogic and related middleware testing.
- Prior experience in Banking or Financial applications (mandatory).
- Excellent debugging, analytical, and reporting skills.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities to manage a testing team.
Good-to-Have Skills:-
Banking domain knowledge with exposure to financial systems.
