01Key Responsibilities
Create and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test plans.
Perform functional, regression, integration, usability, and exploratory testing.
Test AI features for accuracy, relevance, consistency, and unexpected responses.
Identify, document, and track bugs using tools like Jira or similar.
Test different inputs, edge cases, and user scenarios for AI applications.
Perform retesting and regression testing after bug fixes.
Collaborate with developers and product teams to resolve issues.
Maintain testing documentation and reports.
Requirements 2 years of experience in Manual Testing / QA.
Good understanding of SDLC, STLC, and defect life cycle.
Strong knowledge of manual testing concepts and test case writing.
Basic knowledge of API testing/Postman is preferred.
Exposure to AI tools/LLMs such as ChatGPT, Gemini, or Claude is an advantage.
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability.
Good communication and documentation skills.
