01Responsibilities
- Develops an OPEX deployment and roll-out plan to support the Plant and Platform business targets.
- Leads the current state analysis and future state design of processes and identifies improvement opportunities and projects.
- Supports the plant teams to prioritize, scope the OPEX activities and align these to Plant / Platform objectives.
- Supports the plants with the OPEX implementation by conducting improvement events / projects (Line functions and working groups are responsible for implementation results)
- Conducts training on needed methods and tools to support competency building for the workgroups.
- Conducts coaching and performs assessments to ensure methodologies are applied correctly and deliver results.
- Supports the Plant Manager in the governance, tracking of implementation actions, results, and ensures timely escalation.
- Performs plant self-assessments to establish maturity levels; support the plant to implement the action fields.
- Identifies, documents, and shares best practices with the corporate teams.
