01Responsibilities
- Conducting research through sourcing information from various primary & secondary means, keeping a record of and putting into effect the best practices for research, data collection, and presentation.
- Work on construction project's data collection, which includes but is not limited to collection of data/information related to tenders, building plans, project sites, news updates, approvals documents, companies, sector data gathering methodology, etc.
- Preparing reports, articles, newsletters, and other types of content on a range of research topics, including macro indicators, economy, sector, and company profiling.
- Collect information from public sources and economic databases and examine large data sets to uncover patterns and trends.
- Skilled at conducting desktop research, providing value and recent insights based on the information discovered.
