Marketing & Sales Support Executive (International & Domestic Calling)

Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers in both domestic and international markets to generate sales enquiries and orders.Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through regular follow-ups and effective communication.Coordinate with customers and internal teams to ensure smooth handling of enquiries, quotations, order processing, and after-sales support.Manage and update CRM software with customer interactions, leads, and sales activities.Handle digital marketing activities through platforms such as LinkedIn and other professional channels to generate leads and enhance the company's online presence.Support marketing campaigns, lead generation, and business development initiatives.Maintain accurate records of customer communications and prepare periodic reports.Assist the sales team in achieving business development and revenue targets.Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.13 years of relevant experience in marketing, telesales and inside sales.Fluent in spoken and written English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong interpersonal, coordination, and relationship management skills.Basic understanding of the sales cycle, customer relationship management (CRM), and order processing.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM software.Familiarity with LinkedIn marketing and other digital marketing platforms will be an added advantage.Self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.Preferred Candidate Profile: Confident in communicating with international customers over phone, email, and virtual meetings.Customer-focused with excellent follow-up and negotiation skills.Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.Compensation & Benefits: Salary: Rs.20,000/- to Rs.30,000/-, commensurate with qualifications and experience.Professional learning and career development opportunities.Compensation: 20,000.00 - 30,000.00 per month Work Location: In person .
