Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and self-motivated Marketing Executives (Freshers) to support our Business Development Manager in generating leads, promoting company services, conducting market research, and maintaining client databases. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, willingness to learn digital marketing and business development, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the BDM in executing marketing and lead generation activities.Research target companies and identify decision-makers.Generate B2B leads using LinkedIn, Google, company websites, and other platforms.Prepare prospect lists with contact information.Send marketing emails and LinkedIn connection requests.Coordinate with the sales/business development team for follow-ups.Maintain CRM/Excel reports with daily activity updates.Support social media marketing and company branding activities.Create basic marketing content for LinkedIn and other social platforms.Participate in email campaigns and promotional activities.Conduct competitor and market research.Track campaign performance and prepare reports.Support webinars, events, and promotional campaigns when required.
Required Skills
Good verbal and written English communication.Basic MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint knowledge.Basic understanding of LinkedIn and social media platforms.Internet research skills.Positive attitude and willingness to learn.Good analytical and organizational skills.Team player with a proactive approach.
Preferred Qualifications
MBA (Marketing).Basic knowledge of Digital Marketing is an added advantage.Internship in Marketing/Sales is preferred but not mandatory. .
