As part of our continued expansion in the Middle East, we are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to represent our organization in the United Arab Emirates and strengthen our presence across the region.
Position Summary
The Marketing Manager will serve as the official representative of our 43-year-old Indian organization in the UAE, responsible for enhancing the companys market presence, promoting its recruitment and workforce solutions, building strong relationships with corporate clients, and identifying new business opportunities.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and networking skills, understand the Gulf business environment, and be capable of professionally representing the organization while working closely with clients, consultants, contractors, and other key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent the company professionally throughout the UAE.
- Promote the companys recruitment and workforce solutions to corporate clients across the UAE.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to strengthen brand awareness and market presence.
- Identify new business opportunities and establish relationships with prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with HR Managers, Procurement Managers, Project Directors, Consultants, and other key decision-makers.
- Conduct client meetings, company presentations, and promotional activities.
- Coordinate with the Head Office in India to ensure the successful execution of recruitment assignments.
- Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns across online platforms and social media.
- Organize and participate in exhibitions, networking events, trade fairs, and corporate meetings.
- Prepare company profiles, presentations, brochures, newsletters, and other marketing materials.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.
- Prepare weekly and monthly marketing reports.
- Achieve agreed marketing objectives and contribute to the organizations long-term growth.
Candidate Requirements
- Previous Gulf experience is mandatory.
- Valid GCC/UAE Driving Licence is mandatory.
- Proven experience in marketing, corporate networking, and client relationship management within the GCC.
- Existing professional network with HR Managers, Procurement Professionals, Project Managers, Contractors, and corporate decision-makers in the UAE will be a distinct advantage.
- Experience in the manpower recruitment, staffing, HR services, or workforce solutions industry will be highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of B2B marketing, brand development, and lead generation.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of representing a well-established Indian organization with professionalism and integrity.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM software, and digital marketing platforms.
