We're hiring a Marketing Manager for a fast-growing F&B / restaurant chain. This is a senior, full-time role that owns marketing end to end: strategy, growth, content, execution, and social.
Heads up: this is a long, detailed application, and that is on purpose.
It will take real time and thought to fill out. We have built it this way so that we only hear from people who genuinely want this role and know the craft. If that is you, take your time. We are going to read every answer.
Overview
You will own the full marketing function for the brand: setting the strategy, driving footfall and delivery growth, shaping how the brand shows up on social, and making sure it all actually gets executed. You will work across brand, performance, content, and on-ground marketing, and you will be measured on growth.
This is a hands-on leadership role, not a purely strategic one. You should be as comfortable building a 90-day plan as you are getting a reel shipped on time.
Roles & Responsibilities
Own the overall marketing strategy and growth roadmap for the brand.
Drive footfall, delivery orders, and revenue across outlets and delivery platforms.
Lead the content and social media direction: from big-idea themes down to what goes live each week.
Plan and run performance marketing (Meta, Google, delivery-platform ads) and track ROAS.
Own new outlet launches, offers, seasonal campaigns, and collaborations.
Work with design, video, and content teams to ship high-quality creative on time.
Manage budgets, agencies, and vendors, and hold them to outcomes.
Read the numbers (sales, footfall, delivery, social, ad performance) and adjust fast.
Requirements / Qualifications
Prior marketing experience in F&B, restaurants, cloud kitchens, or hospitality is essential.
A strong track record across strategy, growth, content, and execution, not just one of them.
Comfort with both brand marketing and performance/growth marketing.
Experience owning social media and content for a consumer brand.
Ability to lead teams, agencies, and vendors and get work shipped.
Data literacy: you make decisions off sales, footfall, and campaign numbers.
A portfolio of work you have led that you can walk us through.
