Marketing Operations Executive | Procurement | Vendor Management | MIS Location: Andheri East, Mumbai Job Type: Full-time | Work from Office Job Summary We are hiring a Marketing Operations Executive to manage marketing procurement, vendor management, purchase orders (PO), invoice processing, budget tracking, MIS reporting, and cross-functional coordination. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills and experience working with Finance, Procurement, and Marketing teams. Key Responsibilities Raise and manage Purchase Indents (PI) & Purchase Orders (PO).Coordinate with Procurement, Finance, and vendors.Manage vendor onboarding and documentation.Process invoices and track vendor payments.Monitor marketing budgets and prepare MIS reports.Maintain accurate records, compliance, and operational documentation.Support smooth execution of marketing campaigns.Requirements 15 years of experience in Marketing Operations, Procurement, Commercial Operations, Vendor Management, or Marketing Finance.Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing, or Finance.Strong knowledge of Excel, MIS Reporting, PO/Invoice Processing, Vendor Management, and ERP systems (SAP/Tally preferred).Good communication and coordination skills.Immediate joiners preferred.
