You will be responsible for spearheading programmatic and automated campaigns to increase author acquisition and readership, while also optimizing marketing operations. Key Responsibilities

- Support, plan, and execute the Journal Marketing Programme in coordination with the Central Marketing team, Projects & Innovation team, and Portfolio Marketing teams. Track performance and optimize strategies.
- Develop multi-channel acquisition campaigns for key journals, ensuring a cohesive customer journey and consistent brand experience.
- Foster an inclusive, collaborative, and high-performance team culture within the organization.

Qualifications Required
**
- 35 years' experience in journal or scholarly publishing marketing, preferably in STM.
- Proven track record in end-to-end project management.
- Proficiency in programmatic marketing, marketing automation, segmentation practices, Adobe Analytics, email marketing, and multi-channel marketing approaches.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills; data-literate with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies using tools like XLS and PPT.
