Marketing, Social Media & Video Content Specialist

Smart Start Centers is a growing U.S.-based company looking for a creative, energetic, and results-driven Marketing, Social Media & Video Content Specialist to join our remote team. We are not simply looking for someone to post on social media. We are looking for someone who can bring ideas, create exciting content, engage with people, build our online presence, and help our company reach more families, students, professionals, and communities. Your Responsibilities You will be responsible for helping us grow and strengthen our online presence. Your responsibilities may include: Creating engaging videos, Reels, short-form videos, and promotional contentEditing videos for social media platformsCreating eye-catching graphics and marketing materialsDeveloping creative ideas for social media campaignsManaging and posting content across relevant social media platformsCreating content that encourages comments, shares, conversations, and engagementIdentifying new ways to increase our brand awareness and visibilityParticipating in relevant social media groups and online communitiesStarting meaningful conversations and discussions in appropriate groupsEngaging with comments, messages, and community members professionallyBuilding genuine relationships and engagement with our target audienceFinding relevant Facebook groups, LinkedIn communities, Instagram communities, and other online platforms where our audience is activeIdentifying appropriate opportunities to introduce and promote our services without simply spamming groupsCreating strategies to increase followers, engagement, reach, and brand awarenessMonitoring what type of content performs best and recommending improvementsResearching current marketing and social media trendsBringing fresh, creative ideas to help our company stand outHelping create campaigns for our programs, services, events, and locationsTracking results and showing what marketing efforts are making a differenceWorking remotely with our U.S.-based teamAccessing and working through approved company systems, including VPN and other secure platforms, as requiredFollowing company branding, posting guidelines, and approval proceduresWe Are Looking for Someone Who Has strong knowledge of social media marketingKnows how to create and edit professional, engaging videosUnderstands Reels, short-form video, and other current social media contentKnows how to create engagement, not just postsIs comfortable talking and interacting with people in relevant online communitiesCan start conversations and build interest around our company and servicesUnderstands how to grow a brand organicallyIs creative, proactive, and full of new ideasCan work independently and take ownership of projectsIs organized, responsive, and reliableUnderstands how to use social media strategically to increase a company's presenceIs focused on results and growth, not simply completing assigned tasksExperience with tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe, or similar video and content creation platforms is preferred.
